You may know Matt Chisholm from the tele. The country kid ended up in the big smoke, working on TVNZ’s Close Up, Seven Sharp, Fair Go, Sunday, Survivor and Celebrity Treasure Island. At the peak of his career though, having everything he ever wanted, he’d never been so unhappy - his burn out and depression was a catalyst for change.
Nowadays Matt lives on 72 acres in Chatto Creek, Central Otago, with his wife, Elle, and their three young kids - Bede (7), Finn (6), and Bree (2). He’s a farmer, television producer, speaker, mental health advocate, and author - having just completed his second book.
